hally <Guest>The scratched button is on the path to your right just past the barricade at the mountain throat entry, you will find it in a garbage pile. To find the rubbish pile which contains the polished button hug the left wall once you reach the bottom of the drummers section. (Its more or less behind the wooden fence on your left, again in a garbage pile).

Alpharisk <Guest>For those in case, the drummer section of the troll is in Thundergrot. Really follow the wall on your left as said, by Hally. Turn around the fence and there it is. 2 Troll elite 49 with 11k to pass, then the rest is normal mob.
