Quobur <Guest>- Cardofoneth's Flower DIRECTIONS: From Tom Bombadill's house, go down to the river and follow it to Old Man Willow. Immediately after him, cut up the hill and double back a little until you are looking down at him from a small cliff. From there head due West until you are told you are in The Shifting Wood. Look slightly to your right (west-northwest) and you should just see the flower among a few elite trees.
