Midlonth <Guest>I found him today, loc: 23.1S, 41.8W. He is near the lake, at Nen Harn. Indeed, drops a ruby shard. He is a 21 lvl elite, easy to kill with a champ lvl 23.

Thurindiruil <Guest>Found him again at 22.5S, 41.5W. It was at 10:27 PM on 8/27/2009. I dont know if the time of day is involved in his spawn but I&#039;ve been back at different times of day several times since and haven&#039;t seen him there again yet. Havent yet been back around the time I saw him. Dropped a ruby shard. I was a level 21 minstrel with a level 23 warden. We killed him quite easily.

Gwynaveer <Guest>S 21.8 W 41.4 @ 9:04 am after I killed Tarburz, he appeared. I used tracking and he wasn&#039;t there until I killed Tarburz.
