MithrilSoulStats on this guy seem to be wrong. I have a screenshot of him as a 45 sig, 3847 morale and 576 power.

Geo <Guest>Not really soloable unless you can dish out a lot of damage quickly. I tried to solo him as a 43 minstrel, and after 15 minutes or so, I gave up. He healed himself every bit as much as I could heal myself. Note that he also begins the fight with a wolf add. If you kill the wolf he will at some point rez it as a ghost, which you can ignore and it will vanish after a minute or two.
