Farginyeah, in this Instance you also are able to kill him, he drops some nice purple loot and a key which is used for a shortcut door trough the instance. The instance is named Garth Agarwen and it has a lot of quests found around Lone-Lands and some in Bree-land (killing grimbark and Ivar). instance lvl is 30-40
