Amazair <Guest>It doesn't matter if you're a lifetime member or not. In order to get this horse you had to have pre-ordered the game in April 2007 or earlier and used your Founder's key to activate the benefits BEFORE activating your game key. The horses were given out by Turbine in December 2007. If you did not receive one, you are not a founder or you did not redeem your Founder's status properly.
