Elwyin of Holy Order of Dragons <Guest>Brush Hunters do NOT drop these. At least I trusted thid info at first and killed around 70 and not one single drop. Then I went to a bard and switched my traits so I put on Hightened Sences and could track "hidden" creatures and started to kill Brush Prowlers and finally got "Dusky Lynx Claws". What Brush Hunters drops is "Dusky Lynx Paws" http://lotro.mmodb.com/items/dusky-lynx-paw-4623.php not to be mixed up. I have since killed well over 150-200 Brush Hunters (just to hope they instead spawn the Prowlers) still not one single drop. However Prowlers drop them even if pretty rare as well. Maybe one in 20-30 kills. This is the first time since Book 10 and 11 NERFS (first DPS then Fear) of Hunters, that I have found true unique use of my Hunter again. Since the only way the Prowlers will reveal themselves is if they attack, so if You are too high LvL they don't show, unless You can track "hidden" Beasts. /Elwyin Holy Order of Dragons/HOD

Minstreli <Guest>The old claws are now all dusky there, so my advice: get next to thandobel in lone lands and kill the birds there...they are more likely to drop the claws -> i got 10 in 30 minutes
