WachurpursUmmm this quest seems to be broke because of the fact that we can not finish the quest line for this quest... Quest line starts with Bount: there are 4 like this and the last one is call The Bounty Hunter, but the quest giver for this doesnt give the quest

Elborond <Guest>I've just completed it on the Nimrodel server. I was wondering why Basil Gummidge wouldn't give it. Now I've figured it out. You have to complete all the WANTED poster in OST FOROD. Once they are all completed, you will see Basil one last time and then another Wanted Pospter will appear near him. Grab that poster and go through a solo instance (healing potions recommended) and once completed, you get the Pendant. (Sept 17/2007)

Askyn <Guest>I can confirm that this quest is working fine as of Jan 29 08. I jsut completed it and recived the reward. You have to do ALL the "Boount:" rewards in town to get the final one. There are 4-5 quests total ( bounty boards etc )

anticlintonthere are 4 poster boards in ost forod with 1 of thoise above basil. after all 4 quests are finished there will be a poster for only u to see about 15 to 20 feet on basils left on the wall. that will get u the final instance after doing the it u get the pendant
