Merendwen <Guest>I got a whole pile of them inside Haud Ichel (sp?) the public dungeon in South Barrow-Downs. I think they fell off the spiders on the left side.

Zyluin <Guest>Confirmed, Skittering Strangle-Webs also drop these. Found this out while hunting for Colorful Eyes in Ram Duath.
