    • Background'Troubling news comes from our agents within the ruined city of Annúminas. The Angmarim have moved forces within the walls in large numbers. Rumour has it that many of those within serve under the banner of a Black Númenórean sent from Mordor itself, wearing black badges of allegiance to the Dark Lord. 'If you can infiltrate the city, defeat those who defile its streets, and return their black badges to me, you shall earn much praise among the Wardens of Annúminas!'

    Zigglewort <Guest>I have "Friend" status, but that is insufficient, I must need to be level 43 as well, I suspect. I am only level 41 at the moment.

    Edoyn <Guest>It must be tied to character lvl and rep status, I am an aquaintance & lvl 45 and have it ... maybe you have to get some kind of rep with them before you can get this one.
