  • Defeat Brudhraw
  • Emelin is at Ost Haer, to the north. You defeated the wight-lord Brudhraw. Now you should return to the shade called Emelin.
    • BackgroundThe wights and their Wight-lord may be found west of Ost Haer in Nindor. Emelin told you that the Gaunt-lord Ivar the Blood-hand raises the wights as his soldiers. You must destroy them and their lord, a wight called Brudhraw.

    Striking <Guest>I did it with 41 minstrel and 24 champ LOL .. spent time healing but the champ was able to kill the lower mobs so I didnt have a bunch of adds on me.

    Ligonir <Guest>this quest is no impossible to solo u just need some skill and lick. this story is amazing. lvl28 hunter, sets a trap and starts a camp fire. gathers full focus and attacks the boss only. right as i die one of his own minions killed him. he had 63 hp when i died.

    Eolbur <Guest>I'm a 28 lvl champion and I just soloed it. The trick was to attack directly the boss. The guards stay still and do nothing then. When I killed the boss, the guards began to fightl other mobs in the area. It was so strange!

    plaisanceHe is a lvl 30 Signature MOB, he is NOT an Elite. The archers that surround him will not agro. It's just a fight with him. You can solo him if you are lvl 27, but getting to him will require you to fight some add's. The agro radius is just sick (huge). Just wanted to clear that up now, you can solo him as of 11/29/2007.

    Ameril <Guest>As of December 2, 2007: 1) He spawns as a level 28 signature. Not level 30, not elite. 2) He has two guards. Many are saying they won't add, but they certainly didn't have any issue coming after me, and I did nothing to them. I only attacked the named. 3) There is a "Bog-lord" with two guards earlier in the ruins. Kill him before attempting Brudhraw, or be prepared for him to run through the ruins to add on you. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but he added on me. He didn't drag any friends on his way through the ruins, however.

    Tony <Guest>Quest is significantly easier now. Just ran this with a friend and it's just him alone. Once he dies, the spirits run off and that's that.

    Nemesys <Guest>It's soloable now. As a lvl 32 Lore Master I only had to deal with Brudhraw and one add, all the guards are non aggro.

    Tom <Guest>Solo&#039;d with level 34 guardian, fight Brudhraw only, and 2 archers will be pulled, keep killing him and when he&#039;s dead the ghosts watching the fight will turn on and quickly kill the archers =]

    wainamoinen <Guest>I tried to solo this while lvl 28 and failed, i&#039;ll try again, but sure thing is that the guards did aggro.
