    Cinborn <Guest>This one is easy to solo, you have to make it to the brandywine river and can swim the rest without being bothered.

    Berryl <Guest>You can also run to Evendim and hop into the Brandywine somewhere between Barandalf and King's Crossing. A bit more risky, but still not too hard.
