    Iorielin <Guest>hatchlings dont come before your over half way through the fight. just nuke him and run. did it at lvl 41.

    Thrandion <Guest>the third reward is Sarnemil's Doom, a purple axe. It's stats are 21.6 dps (44-60 common, 2.4 speed), 13 might, 7 agi, .9 in combat power regen and a wound for 12 dmg every 5 seconds for 15 seconds.

    Thrandion <Guest>Solo'd as a level 38 champion. Went in and killed the worm with her and ran off. Went back in, wore her down and stunned the adds. They're only level 40, so she's really not very hard.

    Orabel <Guest>i did this solo as a 38 minstrel. just pull sarnemil, then draw her north a bit away from her eggs where the other ones spawn from, and they just stay down there whilst you can happily kill her.
