    DescriptionTIP: Perhaps the quickest way to do this is to kill the Southern ___ brigands at Dogwood's farm. This is on the road just north of Bree at 27.6S, 53.7W. Another spot is at S 29.6, W 55.3.

    Kinis <Guest>Hunt Brigands at Dogwood's Farm, on the road north of Bree at 27.6S, 53.7W for the update.

    SodiusAt the north end of Southern Bree fields you will see a fort.(Brigands Watch) That is where you will find evidence. A medallion drops off the brigands there. I had no luck anywhere else.
