    Thin <Guest>I am a 46 guard and unable to get this quest. She doesnt have a ring above her head and doesnt offer anything to me. Anyone have any ideas?

    FarginYou probably need to be a higher level. you don't really need it anyway as for Helegrod you need to be lvl 49 at least

    GundinI am pretty sure I was able to get it after I completed the Narsil reforged quest line.
