| Background | The Keeper of Books has his camp in a ruin in some high hills west of the large lake in Imlad Balchorth. He may have the translation key on his person. Braigiar has asked you to raid the camp of an Angmarim called the Keeper of Books. He also warned you to gather allies. |
| Description | TIP: The Keeper of Books is at N 5.4, W 29.3.
TIP: The Library is located behind the staircase to nowhere directly opposite the Iron-Crown Spirit-Master. Facing away from the Iron-Crown Spirit-Master, move to the right of the staircase and then go behind it. After a couple non-elite mob pulls and down some stairs, the library will be on your right behind a interactive stone doorway. |
