  • Defend Toki Whitebeard
    • BackgroundCave-claws infest the ruins of Ost Durgonn north-east of the Last Bridge. Rochwen believes that the cave-claws of Ost Durgonn could not have defeated a company of dwarves, but that they may have played some role in the defeat of Heithur's couriers.
    DescriptionSPOILER: First speak to Rochwen and then head to Ost Durgonn to speak to the missing dwarf, Toki Whitebeard. He will ask you to escort him home. Be sure to clear all of the cave-claws in the area before doing this. After you escort him six cave claws will spawn, three on each side and attack. You can not let him die. After they die a Signature Monstrous Whiskerback will spawn. Slay him to complete the quest.

    Gimp <Guest>I soloed him as a lvl 34 Champ. It was hard tho. I took out the first 6 mobs and then ran out of the way so Toki took the aggro on the last guy so I could gain morale. Then just before Toki died I used a taunt to make the mob attack me. Unless you&#039;ve got good equipment, I wouldn&#039;t try soloing it.
