  • Nethraw is back at the Fane of the Seven Sentinels, east of Gabilshathur. You should bring the Sword of Gondor to Nethraw.
    • BackgroundThe Sword of Gondor is said to be found somewhere in Maethad, north of the Fane of the Seven Sentinels. Nethraw has now asked you to search for the Sword of Gondor, in Maethad, a place garrisoned by many Trolls and Gertheryg. For this reason, you were cautioned not to venture there on your own.
    DescriptionTIP: An area within Maethad is an Arena. Go into the Arena, down the slope into a cirle area surrounded by water. The sword is in the water. Map Location: N 1.4, W 22.5

    TIP: If you are solo you can train the entire entrance to the rock in the center of the water. If you jump up here the mobs get lost and will reset. Then you can carefully jump into the water and should be able to grab the sword while only fighting worms.

    Anon <Guest>Whoever said there was a rock is a moron. You run through the troll guards, and jump down into the water, trying to avoid the worm. Unfortunatley for whatever reason, one of the trolls decides to continue to pursue you, which is ridiculous because he's on the same pathing as the previous ones that let you go. Then conveniently as you get rid of the troll the worm jumps in. Needless to say, plan your jump :)

    Kaio <Guest>This has been changed, trained the entrance trolls into the middle only to find out there's more trolls next to the marker so you can't do as the first poster says. It's impossible to reach the marker without fighting atleast one 47 elite troll.

    bob <Guest>the guy that said u can solo.... youre stupid i just tryd it now and trolls throw rocks at u wich do alot of dmg and u get like 8 dread so if u plan to run across the guards well good luck cause ur dread is ganna make u stop in fear and ull get ownd
