    mob is easy to kill <2007-05-29 22:49:02>
    buvil <Guest>the mob is elite but was easily killed by minstrel at lvl 23

    t <2007-06-12 01:11:59>
    saru <Guest>any threatening hoar-mantle will do

    <2007-06-30 00:10:30>
    Irwin <Guest>It is a level 20 hoar-mantle named Trampletusk. Has 1044 Morale very easy to kill, only need 1.

    <2007-08-19 22:16:47>
    Alissa <Guest>Any threatening hoar-mantle will drop the River-maiden's Thread

    Trampletusk <2007-09-15 20:55:50>
    Joe <Guest>The area where the Trampletusk is, is surrounded by a bunch of bad dudes. The easiest way to get to the spot where the trampletusks is, is to take the North-South road in Kingsfell, south, until you get to the "G" in Kingsfell. Then go west into the field. This will let you avoid the orcs and spiders. When I was first doing this mission, i was confused by all the lvl 26 antiochs in the area. Dont bother with these. They wont attack you if you dont attack them. Just wait around the "K" for Trampletusk to appear. Killing him is the easiest part of the mission.

    Elthar <Guest>this is LVL25 quest, not LVL20, at least - not anymore

    Easy to kill.. <2007-12-12 23:06:44>
    Althea <Guest>I've done this quest at level 18.. very easy to take down this elite.

    <2008-01-13 22:23:30>
    Kolomajzna <Guest>The mob i signature not elite

    Recipe <2008-02-13 04:36:48>
    U2mad <Guest>The hardest part on this quest was to rrealize that I was given the recipe for the gauntlets.

    Quest lvl higher <2008-03-07 21:53:08>
    Belko <Guest>This is now a level 25 quest, and Trampletusk and the mobs around him are 25-27 in level.

    Trampletusk <2008-03-30 10:19:41>
    <Guest>I managed with a level 20 captain and I did not even take a beating.

    Thickest of Skins Part II <2008-06-04 06:23:04>
    Ross <Guest>Steps to this quest: 1. Speak to Erandir. 2. Kill a hoar-mantle to the SW of Esteldin for River-maidens thread. 3. Travel to Trestlebridge (or anywhere with a workbench - there isn't one in Esteldin) Make the following using medium hides: a. 2 leather braces b. 2 leather guards c. 2 tough leather pads 4. Right click the deft gloves recipe in your inventory (you got it when you talked to Erandir) 5. Craft the Deft gloves at the workbench. 6. Return to Erandir.

    Thickest of Skins Part II <2008-06-26 20:50:41>
    Bilbad <Guest>There are superior workbenchs in the back of Esteldin in the craft/vault hall. Just head in to the east

    Trampletusk <2008-07-02 23:09:44>
    Fortindoc <Guest>Trampletusk is still a level 20 signature and is no problem, the rest around him are higher levels but most of them do not attack, so just watch out for spiders mainly

    <2008-07-09 23:18:31>
    Nenuiale <Guest>you can take the silk from any auroch signature west of esteldin not just trampletusk

    Spoiler is incorrect <2009-02-11 23:53:19>
    ElTorqiro <Guest>Point #3 in the "Spoiler" text is completely incorrect. Esteldin has one of the best equipped crafting halls in the game, and certainly includes a workbench. Indeed, it is the first Superior Workbench you will gain access to in the game. So instead of going all the way to Trestlebridge, just return to Esteldin to use the workbench there.
