Joe <Guest>I completed all the bounder quests (75) in the Shire and haven't received this title. Am I supposed to talk to someone after I completed all the quests?

Marko <Guest>After you complete 75 Shire quests go talk to the bounder that's standing right next to the Brandywine ferry. He will give you a quest to talk to a bounder in Michael Delving who will give you this title...
