<Guest>I couldn't tell if that was the case either. But I got the +3 stealth/+20% stealth speed and it is very worth it. Now Stealth speed is almost the same as normal speed.

<Guest>Having both the 5% speed increase and the 20% stealth speed means that you travel as fast as a normal character while stealthed. It means you can keep up with the pack while not being seen.
